First time post!

Where do I begin!!

Ordered new RRS 2 HSE Dynamic back in August 2015, arrived at Stealer November, wrong interior. Given DS while new car ordered.

Collected New Car last week, great looking car, really happy to be back in a Rangie after 18 months away.

Checking it over to find the Extra Large Washer bottle missing. Checked on Topix and order sheet and it shows up.

I have contacted Stealer and they are talking to Land Rover UK about what to do next. It is issues like this that drove me away from the green oval in the first place.

Anyone else had a similar issue?

Mine came with wrong colour interior and no full size spare wheel.
Eventually got the wheel but couldn't change the interior. 2014 Nara Bronze SDV6

Having seen the cars being built I'm surprised anything can be missed as all is bar coded. Hopefully it'll be sorted (although I imagine fitting the washer bottle down the side of the wing will not be the easiest job in the world).

I assume the wrong colours and interiors were dealer ordering errors?

Pretty sure mine was dealer mistake, anyway i was happy with the outcome and soon got used to lighter interior 2014 Nara Bronze SDV6

I totally agree about not accepting the wrong interior colour. I ordered ebony/ebony, what came the first time was ebony/cirrus. I just cannot live with another light interior car. It was a stealer error on their order form to the factory.

I am more frustrated with the stealer. I have used them before and I already warned them they needed to make 100% certain everything would be Ok.

I always say that everyone makes mistakes, its how we put them right that makes a difference.

I'll keep you updated as soon as I hear anything.

Sorry for asking, but it definitely doesn't have the large bottle? As you probably know, this is a second bottle, not a replacement for the incy wincy standard one.

Yes, it is the second bottle that fits behind the drivers headlight that is missing . The dealer sent me photo of one that they have to compare with mine.

There is just a blank panel with a washer Icon sticker next to it.

Ordered a Black Edition MY13 and it came with wrong interior - dealer insisted on swapping against my wishes and caused loads of damage so I rejected and they ordered a replacement

This time they have fitted wrong roof rails after I waited from June to Xmas for delivery. I considered rejecting and replacement rails but I've given up and accepted it because it's too much hassle to sort it and they wouldn't honour deal on a replacement
