I do like the look of the 22's. and the Nexan 295's do offer a little ally protection but not much. find these 30 profile are just kerb hunters. I think I am going to take your advise and change them down for more side wall, I am just too scared to mount any kerb to park when needed (after getting a couple of scuffs), and sometimes its required to park half pavement if you know what I mean or shunting cars round the street. (and its the mrs car in the week nuff said...)

Heres my baby, 2005. 81k paid £12000 private had her since oct, I thought I purchased a pup when on the way home I noticed black smoke on hard foot. Sleepless night thinking turbo, engine..... Quick search on the forum next morning suggested hose check, and low behold 3" crack. £20 ebay and jobs a good'un. Might get some silicon hoses on next service with a full oil change dif/gearbox.

Nice sets of wheels you have there, but I'd save those alloys and boots for the race track!!

295's- ye gods, thought the rears on my old X5 were 'road roller' width at 285, they must great for aquaplaning Then again, with 2.5 tonnes holding them down...

Forums like this and good ol' fleabay do us proud, don't they? Should be able to sort most issues out, except catastrophic failures of course!
