There must be a secret code between dealers to "make sure you do something to annoy Muddy" it does seem to be what they do best. |

Dear o dear Muddy.... Not so Merry Christmas then Tbh, I think you had fallen out of love with this car before you took delivery I was really hoping you would come back with this new DS is far better than you were giving it credit for. Sadly not the case The dealer really should have discussed a delivery charge before delivery was made. That is out of order charging you for it without notification.

Best to just forget about it and just enjoy the car. You have just been very unlucky.

Don't move on Muddy, I would have no one to feel sorry for and I would miss your battles with LR what would you do with your time if you didn't fight with your dealer and LR?

If it's not the car you wanted you're never going to be happy, so stand your ground IMO. You asked for black rails, accept nothing less. Your goodwill payment is provided by LR for you, the customer, not the dealer. If they wish to claim for delivery costs that is an entirely unrelated matter and they have no right to withold your money from you. Visiting from DISCO3.CO.UK

First off, everything from now on in writing so no room for wriggle on their part. Tell them you want the correct trim colours as ordered. Tell them you want your 400 or you'll take them to small claims court. Oh and make sure LR are copied in on everything. The more that LR are force fed how poor the dealer network is the more chance that they might do something about it.
