My RRS came back from the dealer today with the fuel sloshing noise "fixed". After a little drive I realised it was significantly reduced but not completely silent. I was already running late so didn't take it back. I can live with that for now and will get this looked at the next time the car is booked in, hopefully to get the AHBA enabled ( if that happens before the 1st service Rolling Eyes ). Current: Volvo XC90 T8 Inscription Pro PHEV with some optionals on top

Hi Karim

I noticed the fuel sloshing, although on my car it sounds more like a thud than a slosh, and most audible when I brake.

How is the fix done? Does it reduce fuel capacity? MY16 (65) RRS, HSE, White, 21" 507s, Pan/Black Roof, 7 Seats, Ebony/Cirrus, Surround Cams, Fully Color Coded

Actually more like a thud for me too when braking and going over speed humps. Initially I noticed sloshing noise but that may have been due to windscreen washer and other fluids that I carry in the car Embarassed

The thud was so bad that once I found out about it, I was able to hear it with music playing and kids talking in the car - every time.

I was in a rush so didn't ask any details from the service rep but I read on the forum that they fit baffle plates through the fuel filler and use an air filled plastic bag to position the plates inside the tank. Well, something like that. Current: Volvo XC90 T8 Inscription Pro PHEV with some optionals on top

United Kingdom 2013 Range Rover Sport SDV6 HSE Santorini Black

I have had the same colour coding undertaken on our Carpathian Grey HSE Dynamic, the original silver of the tow plate covers ( Corris I believe ) did not suit the car at all. Now its coded it looks 100% better. There are a few owners on this forum that have now done this to match the Carpathian grey..

Not noticed the drone though or the fuel tank slosh. yet. I have the micro scratches on the outer A pillar plastics though and what looks like a issue with loose fitting rear corner panels, as you can push the panel in 13mm at the wheel arch join. Sad Back to the dealers on this one i guess.

I painted my skid plates corris grey to match the autobiography. I wasn't sure how it was going to look but I am quite pleased with it.

As I believe I was the first person to confirm I was going to have this done I feel it was my idea and therefore I feel duty bound to collect a crisp £50 note from everyone who copied me .

Instead of giving you £50 I will defer to your brilliant initiative and ask how much it cost to have them painted - if you don't mind ?

Also, has anybody had the sills and bumper corners colour coded after market to compare to the £900 LR demand as an option?

Thanks

Autobiography corners ? Are they different shape panels ?

Does having any after market work paintwork done affect the overall paintwork warranty ?

Parish . The rears have a vent in them the front holes/slots are larger on the ab. All should be fine with paint warranty . The cost of my bits was under £500 , all vent mesh painted in gloss black and front and rear tow eye covers finished in body colour . They did me a good deal as I was having loads of dealer fit options .

The rear panels have the vent in the middle and are obviously different with the ATB. The front corners are very subtle, but on non ATB there is a hole without a vent. On the ATB there's a small cut out to the lateral part of the hole. I didn't notice it until recently.

My delivery has been delayed because I'm having the black plastic bits color coded as well at a body shop. Will post pictures as I'm hoping to take delivery within a week. 2016 SCV8 Dynamic - Firenze Red/Pimento
