Yes Loire Blue. It changes colour quite dramatically depending on the light. No privacy glass, and I'm pleased I didn't go with it for this colour. |

What tyres are all your MY16 65 plates being shipped with? Read somewhere they should be coming with Pirelli's?

Contis won't last long on a RRS,,you need pirellis on them.

I had Cross Contis on my 13 year RRS 2 with 22" rims which I sold at 14800k miles. I didn't measure tread remaining, but I guess 65/70pc worn so possibly needed changing at 18/19k miles.

My first RRS in 2005 had Contis and they wore the front shoulders within 10k miles, which was disappointing. My next RRS was a 2007 TDv8 that came on Pirellis and after 30,000 miles in three years they were still in great condition when I sold the car in 2010. I had a FFRR for the next 12 months and didn't do enough miles to notice the wear but then I took delivery of an Evoque Dynamic on launch day and it came shod with Contis on it's 20" wheels and I thought I was going to have to replace them early after the previous experience. Not so, after 28000 miles they had hardly worn and many Evoque owners have found the same (although the also OEM Michelin Latitudes seem to go on forever with one owner on BasbyRR getting 70000 out of a set on his company car in 3 years!) Now my RRS2 has come on 22" wheels shod with Continentals and even after 2700 miles they are showing wear................... 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it
