Thank you everyone for your responses. I do love my RRS and I am not cutting and running without a lot of thought. I need to get every type of insurance and warranty I can to make sure I feel comfortable about driving 350 mile trips across France with wife and two pets in the car.

Way out of my league or interest. Will pass it on to mt brother in law though. The latest RRS is also way too expensive. Looks like I'm sticking with what I've got for now. |

Now it is sorted , hopefully you will be ok. Get full euro breakdown cover. Mercs can also have problems. Just budget for the usual maintenance items. If you want solid reiabilty get a Toyota Land Cruiser or the Lexass equivalent .. |
