I just got a RRS last week from a garage but not main dealer and it was fitted with a 75 style plate, I know they made it as I also had my private plate fitted by them. |

This place makes terrific quality plates, exactly the way you want them - make sure you select 'vehicle specific' and then 'Range Rover Sport' in the 'Plate Size' section.

Does anyone know if there is a specific law on plate size? Am I right to assume as long as the text size and spacing if completely legal, the size of the plate is not an issue? My reg is quite short, so I was thinking of cutting the plate down to the bare minimum. Current - 2020 Range Rover Sport P400e

That's fine mate and perfectly legal. As long as you keep the padding (edge of lettering to edge of plate) the legal size, you don't have to have more than that.. so 'AB 1' for a plate could be about half the length of a standard plate as an example
