Dealer fully aware, as is LR, request for assistance was in direct to LR specifically for planned upgrades via iiD tool. I even had it plugged in to view live signals with tech at the garage!, it is a diagnose tool after all None currently

Went in to dealers..... Today, car had had something aparently done on it, bar the injector that's still remains to be done...

Took salesman with me, car still sick, no power, deep engine rumble, knocking and gearbox refusing to downshift!!

Car now declined

Waiting on LR UK calls Monday and dealer / LR getting something sorted out ASAP

NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER

Will keep you posted, looks like this motor needs a new drive train...... None currently

Loosing the will to live with this situation, finance company now invoked to officially sort this out.

LR not making much progress as dealer not doing much, think they know they are getting the car back now one way or another

Very poor, and not much assist to be honest currently from LR services .......

Very glad to say I am confirmed in writing to be getting a full refund of all costs and accessories fitted to the rejected car😈😎👍👍

Only with the excellent work from the finance company who had lost all patience with the dealer and partly with LR as well😳 have I got the correct result on a car not fit for purpose at point of sale.

Major relief and look forward to hopefully getting the SVR ordered within the next two weeks. None currently

Well done , great result . I'm not a great lover of finance but I do understand some times it might be a better option for some deals . In this case it sound like the rules and regulations for finance companies helped fight and saved the day getting a full refund. Can I pass on a bit of info that you might or might not know .
However you want to buy anything from a TV to a new car or even pay for a service ( new roof on the house ) if you pay any part of it with a credit card however small and even if you pay it off straight away you have the same back up and support from the Finacial services Ombidsman who will make a decision on weather something is fair or not . For this reason I will be paying the smallest amount possible on a credit card to give me the extra piece of mind to take on land rover if things go wrong .

Great point - perhaps if more of us did the same LR and the Dealers would get their act together more.

Dealer bought the car back from finance and is selling it at 72K👀👀👀 None currently
