front pads ..or pads and discs for 2012 HSE luxury RRS

Hi I have a RRS 2012 HSE luxury which now needs new pads as a minimum and perhaps new discs too (30kmiles)
I'm not sure what type of calipers are fitted or if all models are the same

price and availability would be great if you can

Great garage over in fife mike AItken land rover specialist repair.
Excellent prices and very good mechanics that know there way around range rovers etc.
I put my range rover in for its last service before warranty expired. That's how confident i was with there workmanship.

I'm no expert but these are the brake parts listed for your model RRS.

you could be right but i was under the impression that TRW was the basic brake and that there were brembos as an upgrade on some with different pads.

I may be confusing this with the last RRS I had where the tdv8 had much larger brakes (and more expensive) than the std ones on the smaller model um not so sure Whistle

could be wrong ...was rather hoping our nice sponsor could confirm / deny based on a lookup of reg no.or whatever. Thumbs Up

Hi URX

Sorry, only just noticed your post here. The system only informs me of PMs so that's a better way as I am not on the forum all of the time.

I expect you are sorted by now but yes you would have the later TRW calipers, bigger than the earlier models, seems LR are moving away from Brembos at present.

Call or PM if you need any assistance. Paul Redding
