Very good response from James Taylor, they actually seem keen and willing to make the buying process as easy and enjoyable as possible. I just have to decide if I want to pick a car up locally and suffer poor customer service or travel quite some distance for top quality service.

Ordered my new HSE on Saturday and have been told a July delivery..hopefully sooner. Managed to blag 5 year servicing, front and rear mud flaps and a boot liner. That was after going round 6 dealerships and getting nothing and phoning a few that were further afield. Theres no way im buying a £65000 car and not getting something for free. I was told by one dealership "we have more customers than cars so we dont have to do deals" my reply was and i dont have to buy one off you and walked out. 2008 Factory HST- Sold
