Dynamic BADGE on the back also gives you the transfer box + all the full Terrain Response set-up that cannot be had without low range. The HSE non Dynamic is still full time 4WD, just no low range/ transfer box and of course with the weight saving comes a lower tax band as there are lower emissions. Dynamic MODE which is part of the package gives firmer and more quickly reacting suspension and greater weight to the steering. IIRC the gear changes don't get held longer, that is in S mode on the TR. In RRS I think it also does clever things to the ARB's like it used to in the 2005 Dynamic Pack that was fitted the S/C and was optional on the 2.7TDv6 and 4.4V8. To be honest the dealer was rabbiting away and I though it was automatic all terrain, I do like the finishing touches of the dynamic but I had set myself a £66K limit and the Dynamic would smash that.

I don't have a lot of options, pan roof with contrasting black, privacy, heated steering wheel, 21" alloys, full size spare and the large bottle and double sun visors.

I might wait until April as most dealers have completely met their March targets and may be able to squeeze them a bit but then I'm an impatient type so may jump in tomorrow.

Cool, have you looked on the Approved Used section of the LandRover.co.uk website - there are soime very low miles ex dealer demos listed there. You can filter it by version, colour, miles and cost. If I'm spending £65k+ then it has to be new.

I was quoted 4/5 months delivery which takes it to August so I'd probably wait for a 65 plate which seems an eternity away.

That's never right is it , cheaper tax on the hse without dynamic .

Just adding the transfer box adds approx 20kg to the car'weight, then there are the other bits that the Dynamic gets. Road Tax band for an HSE I believe is Band H, the HSE Dynamic is Band I. On the LR website both cars have the same emissions though 185gm/km 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it
