Ride height lowered

Has anyone had their ride height electronically lowered by 25mm?
If so where? How much? Does it affect the comfort?

Many thanks 2006 RRS Supercharged 4.2 HST muthuaflecka!

I have mine lowered by 23mm all round, comfort is fine/almost unchanged.

PM me if you want it electronically done via diagnostic.

Andy,
Some can be lowered by 30mm, others by only a few mm, it depends on the calibration of the sensors.
I can do it when I reset your gearbox Thumbs Up

You'll need to have the suspension re-aligned afterwards to avoid excessive edge of tyre wear. Thumbs Up Bodsys Brake Bible

I once lowered an RRS 55mm. Customer wanted it as low as possible in "Normal" ride height

He done less than 10 miles and came back to have it put back to normal Laughing

Lol not surprised! 50mm drop at standard height is a lot. I take it he wasn't bothered about using access height. Bodsys Brake Bible

Played with mine, however back to standard now, also remember if you lower the standard ride height, then you could have an issue if you reach a 100mph as the vehicle automatically lowers 20mm. In Spain - 2018 F Pace - Frightened away from the Sports due to crank failures
Gone - A couple of RRS, A couple of Disco's. However thinking of another Sport.

From the manual:

Quote:
High Speed Mode
High speed mode is a non-selectable, automatic mode which lowers the vehicle height by 20mm to improve vehicle handling. This
feature is fully automated and is 'invisible' to the driver.
If the vehicle speed exceeds 100 mph (160 km/h) for more than five seconds, the air suspension control module initiates the high
speed mode. When the vehicle speed reduces to less than 80 mph (130 km/h) for more than 30 seconds, the vehicle returns to the
On-Road height. This function is cancelled if a trailer is connected to the trailer socket.
 2012 SDV6 - it's missing a couple of cylinders
2008 TDV8 - it was a labour of love and is much missed

If you want to be able to vary your ride height at any speed then you could look at something like this:
http://www.mudtech4x4.com/modulo-sospensio...t/?lang=en

That link is for a unit that allows you to select varying heights below standard. They do a unit that allows you to select increased off road clearances too.
http://www.mudtech4x4.com/modulo-aggiuntiv...s/?lang=en

I'm quietly tempted by the latter unit but it's a lot of £ for something that currently won't get enough use. 2012 SDV6 - it's missing a couple of cylinders
