Sorry i can't help you with all your faults, but i suspect your brake discs could be warped. Oh, and your vehicle isn't an SDV6 if you have the split rear tailgate.

I believe Pete Bell is (or was, at least) working on 3.0 SDV6 EGR blanking. If you have a DPF if will never be possible though, as they are needed to regulate the exhaust gas temperatures for the regeneration cycle. |

The best way to protect your EGR is to put decent fuel in the car. |

Adding two-stroke oil is the best thing to do (approx 200:1 ratio - I use 400-500ml per full tank). Must be JASO FB spec or FC if you have a DPF (FC is best anyway). I stick with mineral - Castrol Actevo 2T is ideal.
