Personally, the IID BT version will do everything most people will ever want/need, as well as much, much more. This is what I predominantly use, despite also owning a Faultmate MSV2, and a Hawkeye

As DM said it can be used to activate remote climate. I have done it. You obviously need the hardware in addition to software activation. I bought my IIDTool from here: http://www.island-4x4.co.uk/integrated-int...27525.html Chespest and next day courier delivery. |

Thanks both, this looks like my next purchase. I have spoken to Nick at Yeovil about the receiver and antenna and will get the remote from the auction site. I should just about be sorted by the time spring comes! |

I am also seeking a diagnostic and coding tool for my RRS. I had a look at the link to IID above but could not find information on programming the suspension height, 3 flash indicators and enable clock on dash.

The IIDTool can be used to calibrate the suspension height and it can be used to set the heights so you could set it to run lower if that is your wish. 2012 SDV6 - it's missing a couple of cylinders

Suspension lowering, 3 flash indicators, and clock on dash can all be done with the IID

If you are happy using the cruise control buttons, then you want a DA6403

I agree with Disco_Mikey, the Gap IIDTool is ideal for most, plus it's so small, mine lives in the glove box. In Spain - 2018 F Pace - Frightened away from the Sports due to crank failures

Just dont take it out the car. It's a bit on the small side, and easily misplaced |

As DM said the IID Tool is all you need for 95% of the tasks. If it can't resolve a problem or do what you want it probably means you should take the car to the garage. Or at least that's the way I see it as I'm not a professional mechanic...
