That's normal, there's loads of post on here regarding this, were people have removed the wheels and painted them and they look good, pity JLR didn't think of this MY 13 3.0 SDV6 HSE Black Edition

Yes. It's the hub.100%. I just used to hamerite mine. Though my new discs are factory protected in black. So it's a thing of the past for me. |
