I seem to be in much the same position as you. I have other cars for more enthusiastic driving so I chose the HSE (non-dynamic) in Loire blue with the standard 20 inch wheels and tyres. I do have the Off-road pack, however.

I'd go HSE, Loire looks great with the silver vents. Arrived: MY16 A/B SDV6 in Aruba, Ivory interior, piano black trim, black panoramic roof, spare wheel, blind spot monitoring, mudlaps and more...

Thanks malcolmw. I did an Experience Day too in a RRS Dynamic and like you, I noticed the rear diff locking up regularly which is actually what prompted my question. The instructor was not able to say how much difference the rear diff made. I will definitely go for the Off Road pack with the HSE model if I go down that route, which seems most likely |

Having driven the HSE and Dynamic I decided on the Dynamic.

Was there a lot of difference in the ride quality?

Once you select dynamic mode it corners as if it's on rails...............

I'd go dynamic too. Great colour choice BTW, but I personally prefer the black trim of a Dynamic to the silver of an HSE. And spec the colour coded sills and quarters. Car looks more finished with them done, especially in blue. |

Don't think you can spec colour coded sills unless it's an Autobiography. Arrived: MY16 A/B SDV6 in Aruba, Ivory interior, piano black trim, black panoramic roof, spare wheel, blind spot monitoring, mudlaps and more...

I had dynamic on my be and to be honest it IMO make any difference , however the 2 dynamic has the torque vectoring which would be a massive improvement I find with my new hse it feels and I do drive it a lot faster the wife thinks like my Giti when we met , the dynamic would suit me better rob. 2014/5 rr sport hse, Marianna black , silver roof , silver door mirror caps , privacy , deployable tow bar

Doesn't matter what else you have to satisfy the need for speed...

Exactly with the dynamic I would be able to go round the corners instead of having to cut them.
