Last week turbos this week suspension - so it goes on.....!

So this is how the past few weeks have been...

Sticking turbo actuator and then split intercooler hose (sorted), following day stuck tailgate latch (replaced)....

Now suspension is playing up. First started with the 'slow rising' readout on the dash, then when the car had done a long run up the M3 for an hour a graunching noise started coming from the front right wheel area when the suspension was raised or lowered - like something is catching as the strut extends. Also making a noise as the steering is turned.

Left it in ride height overnight and no drop in level so not leaking air, compressor cuts in and out as it should during lifting cycle so that looks ok.

Drove the next morning when cold and no noises! All felt fine, then drove another hour and the noise was back!

So I am thinking there is an issue with the air strut, question is why would that be intermittent and only when it has done a long run?? Any other things I should look at?? Thoughts welcome....

Oh, and how can I forget, drove out of the office car park and this happened!!! All the rivets have corroded and it just dropped off!! Seriously getting fed up now...
