A boxier version of the RRS2 - agreed! Although the 7 seat arrangement appeals to me, much better than those "bucket" seats in new RRS.... If the queue for the RRS2 is 8 months long, wonder how long this will take to make! |

If the current trend of MY14 being stolen without the keys and anything up to MY13 being a target for the light fingered, don't think anyone's going to be interested enough to actually buy one.

That looks like the Discovery Concept vehicle in cut away view... However, it's extremely likely that the new Discovery family will have the Evoque-inspired look (as with the RRS2 and FFRR4) as that is now LR's "corporate face". Will be interesting to see what the DS (Disco Sport) looks like and how it's spec'd. Also, the "rugged SUV" that has been suggested as part of the Disco line up is interesting. Hopefully it will be a proper 4x4. 2012 SDV6 - it's missing a couple of cylinders 2008 TDV8 - it was a labour of love and is much missed |

As far as I know the 'Disco Sport' is the new freelander, available at the end of this year.

perhaps instead of all this cutting edge technology and partnerships with virgin galactic maybe landrover would be better off concentrating on finishing what they have, so the cars work and are reliable, also perhaps investing in training so their staff can fix the cars would be a better bet than going to the moon! |

The doors were, apparently, only used to help photographers get good interior shots at the show. I actually like the doors. Proper access to all seats. Now imagine a pull out tarp in the header rail that could be pulled out and fastened to the doors and suddenly you can create a covered space - ideal for days at the races etc. 2012 SDV6 - it's missing a couple of cylinders 2008 TDV8 - it was a labour of love and is much missed |

I stated this in response to one of the recent questionnaires they asked us to fill in. Sort out the reliability and the quality of service and then go for the fancy toys. I'd rather the vehicles were comfortable with iron-clad reliability even if it meant being less well equipped. Decent seats, decent interior ergonomics and proper reliability - sales would go ballistic! 2012 SDV6 - it's missing a couple of cylinders 2008 TDV8 - it was a labour of love and is much missed |

Sales would go ballistic, as opposed to what they have now? |
