Rear entertainment

Hi , just picked up my rrs on an 08 plate and really could do with some help ! I've loaded the disc in the holder and the screen shows that there's discs loaded but when I try and play them it tells me no disc ? I think I'm being thick so HELP ,,,cheers

I had this and needed a new player fitting. I presume you have the discs in the right way round, sorry for asking that but it would be an easy mistake.

Yes I've checked that out and I'm pretty sure I have the labels upwards ,and had a feeling you might say that

Hi Tommo,
Have you tried a DVD disc cleaner? I had the same problem with mine and I tried that and it fixed it for a while but it didn't last long so I ended up taking mine out and had the laser realigned. Any good car stereo place should be able to do it for you??
Might be worth a try??
