I recently put 4 x 275/40/20 Hankooks on my RRS 2006, mine stays pretty straight on motorway, I also had the tracking done same time as the wheels. The ride comfort is ok and the road noise is less than more expensive brands. I think I will stick with these. 2006 RRS SC Bonatti Grey (the 55th car/van I have owned)

Thanks. Did you stick with the 275/40 or try the 275/45 and if so, did it affect your speedometer? Which Pirellis do you recommend? |

It will change the speedo reading because the /45 is nearly 4% larger diameter than the /40. Probably not enough to worry about but you need to remember that your speedo is under-reading slightly so you're going faster than you think. 2012 SDV6 - it's missing a couple of cylinders

Thanks for all your helpful replies. So it seems that 45 isn't the way to go after all and Hankooks get mixed reviews. From what I have read, Pirellis seem to wear out faster than most. |
