The only way to go is a refurb if you have a mobile it is cosmetic and within a year it will peel.

Thanks chaps.
The last time I had a refurb I wasn't impressed. Colour match was way off. They were diamond cut and the black that was resprayed looked grey! When I pulled the guy on it the Censored said it would look the same in a few days when the paint had cured !!!

These are new style 16, so no not diamond cut.
I'll take it down and see what they say.
P Censored ed off to say the least. Forced to pull in by a woman driver who would have taken the side out had I not moved over.
It was my right of way; i was going up hill and was only going slowly!

Try your L/R dealer, they usually have a guy that comes on site to repair wheels on cars they have taken in px Thumbs Up Not sure how good they will be though.

I got a quote from a local mobile refurber and he wanted £180 for a basic blow over, but then found a place 40 mins down the road from me that did the full acid dip, prime, powder coat, lacquer then tyres back on and balanced. £200 for a full set of 20" stormers.

Got them back on Friday and they look great Smile

Feeling it mate.
Had a new car a couple of years ago with lovely 19" diamond cut alloys. Picked it up from dealers then went to pick up my wife from work and let her drive home..................kerbed near side front within 20 mins Big Cry
Had the wheel refurbished and within a week two more were done.
Didn't bother after that......... Rolling Eyes

I reckon I'm going to have the same issue with the 22"s. Not taken my wheel in as yet and the longer I leave it the more inclined I am to leave it.
Had the car 3 weeks and my wife hasn't driven it yet..................... Whistle
