missing engine pipe

does anybody know what the actuator at the rear of the n/s inlet manifold on the rrs 2.7 diesel does, and were it should be connected to ? mine as no pipe on it, and can't see were it would go Sad

It's not used on either the D3 or RRS this engine is used by a few manufactures in different configurations so will be used by one of them.. 2008 G4 RRSport TDV8 current
2009 TDCi 90 current
2018 Discovery 5 HSE lux current
1994 Dakar current

United Kingdom 2010 Range Rover Sport Supercharged HSE Santorini Black

Same set up as the swirl flaps on the BMW diesel engines, but they are not used on Land Rover.

The engine is set up for max torque under most conditions, unlike in the Jag cars, where they want/need a shorter inlet tract for more power Thumbs Up
