Well had the meeting with dealer and told they will refer it to Elddis but will take weeks to get reply due to summer shut down

Well after weeks of waiting for approval of warranty claim elddis have now asked for more photos and inspection of wheels, chassis and underside

You could of had a few nice holidays abroad for 15k. Is it really worth it towing a caravan around all over the place |

Tried tin boxing, hated it. Funny thing, flying. Lots of people seem to be scared of it. A mate of mine has to take pills to be able to fly. This limits him to short trips - if the pills wear off before he gets to the other end he apparently gets extremely agitated. Another firend, like you, gets wound up long before the flight. 2012 SDV6 - it's missing a couple of cylinders 2008 TDV8 - it was a labour of love and is much missed |

When we go on UK holidays (at least once a year, sometimes twice a year) we just rent a different historic property/cottage. That way we get a base for the week but without the towing malarky. And if the weather gets nasty we have a nice place to sit it out. I've done tin boxes in the rain. I did not find it a pleasant experience at all...everything felt damp all of the time. Modern caravans should not feel damp unless they have issues but most historic properties I've visited are
