I tried dental floss to break the bond with sawing action but in the end found twisting and wiggling it got it loose. You will need new sticky pad and they are ridiculously overpriced - I will look where I got mine Thumbs Up Wanted a Series 2 LR since childhood but previously owned MY16 Disco Sport HSE TD4 Auto, MY13 RR Sport Black Edition TDV6 Auto, MY10 RR Sport HSE TDV6 Auto, 2007 Freelander 1 Freestyle TD4 Soft Top, 2009 Freelander 2 GS TD4 Auto, 2007 Freelander 2 GS TD4, 2004 Disco 2 Metropolis Auto, 2002 Disco 2 GS, 2000 Freelander 1 SE TD4 SW

i keep meaning to move mine, as i positioned it without using live view, as i hadn't worked out how to do it Embarassed

So i have positioned it and it has a bit of the rear view mirror cover in view Confused

Always thought i could put up with that, until i change car, but i can't see me swapping for the foreseeable future due to other priorities at work so might get it swapped

It is a camera stuck on the windscreen to record the drivers view - useful if like me you have to to prove innocence when a lying Censored hits your vehicle and denies it Evil or Very Mad

as said its a video camera, records to a SD card and gives others the amusement of seeing other pillocks on the the road, you might have seen the Russian you tube videos of dangerous driving, crashes

same sort of thing, in 1080HD quality, might record 99% boring journeys but then there is the 1% you need to have witness too, i caught my milkboy p***ing in my garden twice! and a pheasant that was on a suicide mission Thumbs Up

Anybody know if this is correct? I'm assuming the heated windscreen elements are sandwiched within the glass laminate so there's no risk of damaging them when removing the Blackvue's adhesive pad.
