I'd prefer live my life and enjoy my experiences rather than narrate it for others.

I don't think anyone could argue that it adds "value to life", but for me it's just a bit of harmless fun! Personally my friends list is limited to people who are actually friends, not someone I met in a pub once or was at school with 30 years ago! (Which is why I only have about 60 or so friends instead of the 100s or 1000s that most folk rack up. I also don't post pictures up of anything that I wouldn't want made public, so I doubt there is anything worth a hacker nicking off it.

so, I'm an idiot and you're so much smarter than I am. Got it Recently bought a 2007 RRS HSE TDV6 for a Pimp-My-Ride-Project. DONE: Meduza front bumper, AB rear bumper, AB tailpipes, calipers repainted, rear upper tailgate upgrade, side steps, AB front grille, AB side vents, rear LED lights, clear side repeaters, integrated daytime running lights, LED headlights. TO DO: color code sills and pillars. |

I am with MSE/MW on this one .... FB is a trivial waste of time, most people , in my experience that i know that use it and sites like it have precious little else to do and constantly pass their time looking at their smartphone, chuckling to themselves and having a quick thumb shuffle to ' post' another meaningless picture of some obscure , totally uninteresting thing that is happening at the time in their small space!!

couldn't agree more with you there Dave (of course), some startling generalizations here that ALL fb users are childish and idiotic.

Point taken, TST, I don't have the same experience as you, maybe because most of my friends are similar age/life experience as me, and tend not to post what they had for tea ,etc and I don't have my kids as friends (I have a seperate account for monitoring their behaviour)

Maybe there is a better word than idiots...but then there are exceptions to any rule, maybe even exemptions. Mike
