They are both great to drive, I had a D3 prior to my D4 and the D3 was good to drive but the D4 is much better with the 3ltr engine, once I had taken a test drive I was hooked. The sport has the same engine so I don't think I will notice much difference there. On the road the D4 glides along but the Sport you tend to feel more of the bumps on the road. Probably more space in the D4 and with the two extra seats this comes in handy but I just like the way you feel cocooned inside the Sport.

Interesting that you got a few extras chucked in. Did you find it easier to get the extras chucked in rather than money off the Sport? I gather you purchased from a LR dealer?

Thanks for the feedback. I ask because I want a sport and the wife wants a d3 disco, like you say the 7 seats can come handy but I'm not buying a car for everyone else to use! |
