Just fitted mine and it is easy, OSF Drivers door 2 x torx screws on the inside of door front and back, remove them and just lift the weather strip out, reverse for fitting, I damaged my old one so be careful with the new one.

Part number CGE 000860 = OSF (Drivers door)

Rear nearside is just one torx screw.

Part number LR044769 = Nearside rear door.

Just searched for this part on line and everybody now seems to be selling these for £35 plus vat. This kind of behaviour really makes me fall out with land rover as they were originally selling them for £12.
