The first thing I did when I got mine was to bin the locking nuts, as I suspect you're doing. I would try ringing a few local tyre fitters, it may be they have experienced this and may have a way to get them off.

I managed to lose mine when I forgot to take it off the wheel one day before I drove off.

There are twenty different keys as they don't use I,O,Z and a couple of others if i remember right, the other thing is which doesn't help in the slightest unless you can get one nut off in some way, is the letter is actually stamped on the locking nut itself, unfortunately you have to remove the nut to read it as its stamped on the flat washer part that sits against the wheel rim

When you can, remove them all, throw in bin and fit normal nuts all round.
