Panel removal..rear part of centre armrest

Hi All,

Just a quick request for some guidance/expertise..

Can anyone tell me how to remove the rear part of the front centre armrest, the area I want to get into is the 12v socket near the rear aux input - I thought this is the best way to power my rear headrest DVD screens.

Can't seem to see any obvious screws or clips and don't want to go at it like an idiot

I've done a quick search but not come up with anything Crying or Very sad

Many thanks !

Jitzz

England

I tried this a couple of weeks ago to install GVIF and I couldn't figure it out, was getting dark so gave up in the end!

Would be interested to see if anyone knows an easy way?

Hi Sparky

Found out how to get at the wires behind the 12v socket in the rear..... You just pull on the flap which covers the panel in which the 12v socket sits !!!

Simple really, there are now screw or anything to mess about with, just a firm but gentle pull and the panel comes off, it's only held in by friction clips

Now I can get on with splicing in the wires
