LS417-002 - RRS - Adaptive Lighting Feature Failure

Given the recent threads about whether peole have or do not have the adaptive feature, it would be interesting to see if this TSB addressed the issue for some of us.

Does anyone have a copy to share?

Thanks

Thanks - I'm still not happy that I should have this feature on my MY10 but see very little evidence of it when driving at night. On my previous MY57 is was very evident!

Hi Supacat, I too was unhappy with the way my adaptive lights worked compared with my last car, they don't do the up down side to side alignment thing that my previous car did and they don't seem anywhere near as responsive either. The garage checked them and said they were in fact there and working as they should, to he honest I did notice them working in misty conditions the other day but I still maintain that they don't work as well as on my pervious car. 12MY RRS Orkney Grey HSE Lux

Same here. They were on my 57 plate TDV8 and I really liked them. I believe the are on my 05 plate S/C but they have never worked - actually I contacted the previous dealer who confirmed it. I asked the dealer to look at them last time it was in for a service and they simply said the modules/ motors should be replaced. I can't believe both motors would have failed?
