Have you tried turning off the DSC? 2012 SDV6 - it's missing a couple of cylinders

Turning the DSC off makes know difference. still makes the ns rear wheel lock. Think the next option is go for a diognostic test as there are no warning on the dash. |

It does sound like a sensor somewhere is giving a weird output and the system is trying to compensate for a non-existent situation. Perhaps the wheel speed sensor is failing and the TC thinks the wheel is spinning up when it isn't so it applies the brake to that wheel to slow it down. 2012 SDV6 - it's missing a couple of cylinders

As the braking system doesn't have ability to apply one brake at a time as far as I know, sounds more like a diff problem but a read of fault codes may show up a fault code relating to wheel speed that goes to TC. DSC on these cara never fully switches off in certain modes but read of owners manual should show what does what and when. 2x TDV6. SE and HSE. Both returned to sender with issues👀

Very true - its the feature, independant control of each wheel speed...that also part of HDC and TC...otherwise it wouldnt work properly Mike 2014 Facelift Discovery |
