United Kingdom 2006 Range Rover Sport TDV6 HSE Stornoway Grey

[size=18][size=9][size=18]Hi Guys, i know this post hasn’t seen any activity recently but it’s something i’m having issues with. I’ve managed to get it all apart and for the life of me can’t get the connector to come apart!! I can see how you describe what to do with a screwdriver but i’m not sure what part you mean? PLEASE HELP

is there not a little clip on the side that you need to pull up with a tiny screwdriver ?

if you already did this, it's possible the terminals have rusted or burnt together

Thanks for the reply. I’ve managed to get it off with some force. Slight damage to the connector housing but after giving it a good spray and clean inside (even though i was sure it was too gone to work looking at the condition of it) it has WORKED! All lines seems to be working and de-misting as they should.

Rear heated window connector replacement

I have the common heated rear window connector corrosion problem so took the plug behind the spoiler apart. Its partly disintegrated so would like to replace the 2 pole connector. My question is what rating should the connector be?

There seems to be very few over 20A out there on the "automotive connector" sites. My handbook tells me its a 30A fuse to the rear heated window...so does this mean i need a 30A connector?
