Faults and Advise Needed

Hi,
Yesterday when going back from work, there was a fault displayed and cars not accelerate as normal. Stop on hard shoulder for a while then continuing drive home as normal. This morning, plug in my Hawkeye, there are some codes display as follows:

P140A: Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor C Circuit Low
P140E: EGR Position Sensor C Minimum/Maximum Stop Performance
P140D: Unkown Fault Code.
P0046: Turbo/Super Charge Boost Control Solenoid A Circuit.

My vehicle is 2005 TDV6 HSE has blanked EGR. Can some one advise what wrong and need to be done. Thanks in advance. 2005 RRS TDV6 HSE Java Black
