Should be arriving early next week. They are doing a full service, mot, and changing the green badges to black for me (at my request) before releasing it.
Looking forward to it - haven't owned a RR before but had my eye on them a while. Thought the TDV8 would be worth the extra money, once I heard that v8 sound, there was no chance I could settle for the TDV6.

Sounds a beut! Im just looking for my first at the moment after being an Audi RS man for the best part of 10 years. Im not used to seeing so many of the same type of cars on the market whcih albeit gives a greater choice of course, the time to find the right one is so looooong! Good forum this Ive used the RS forums a lot over the years and find them invaluable! So how much power and mpg difference is there between the 3l v6 and TDV8 is there chaps? Being a V8 man for the last 6 years this oil burner ground is slightly disconcerting? Im not going to ask which is better but... whats the best reason to buy one against the other? Cheers in advance!

Similar to you I am knew to them. And have come from 911 turbo so very different car. Went for the v8 diesel for performance and noise is addictive. Economy not much in it. Best thin probably to drive both and decide which is what I did.

cheers yes I think Ill do that that. I had a Vogue a million years ago it was a beast off road but crap on the tarmac. I appreciate they are different cars now but Im concerned I might not " love it" like I have my previous cars. That said Im getting in the mood!
