I see most of RRS with personalised number plates.

Question: Do you have a personalised number plate on your RRS?
- if "YES", why?
- if "NO", why not? !!! RRS TDV8 !!!

Yes - because I can and it was only £250 and means much more to me than some of the ones I see costing £1000s Now - MY11 RRS Autobiography TDV6, Orkney gray, tints, steps, daylight running lamps and allllll the toys!!!

I have private plates on both of our cars, mainly because i got them for a very good price.
Both plates are almost identical, the only difference is the single number, one is 5 the other 6.

I've got one because I found one with my exact nickname which goes back to my college days ,its my initials phonetically and I use on most forums and it only cost me £150 plus all the bits.
Looks great and people find it extremely amusing so a good find. MY2011 HSE Santorini/Ivory/Piano Black/Privacy Glass/TV .Sadly gone.

Same for me, bought mine 15 years ago to put on my first impreza , which look so much better with a short plate!
I wouldn't have bothered otherwise and wouldn't spent silly money on one, £400 tops! I always buy new, and it doesn't bother me putting my plate straight on( know some who leave them off until the next plate change!!)

Yes mine matches my RRS name, great investment, gone up by 5 times in 15 years..

We don't have personal plates in the UAE but you can spend a fortune on the lowest possible amount of digits on your car.
The lower the number or the cooler it is...the higher the price. 999 or 666, 777 etc go for tens of thousands of pounds. Single digit number plates have sold for more than a million pounds!

Instead of spending a fortune on the UK private plates.... why not change your name by DeedPol to BV55 75G and hey presto you have your very own personalized number plate.
