2007 Range Rover Sport TDV6 HSE Alaska White

Using bluetooth to stream music

Hi,

Is there a way to stream music directly from my Iphone to listen to music using car stereo system. May be by installing some sort of module or a toy. I know we have Bluetooth facility linked through in car speakers to make and receive calls

Don't think this was a feature until MY12 cars ON THE WAY: BMW F21 M140i

dont suppose you could install a module or a part somewhere and have it configured to work. I am sure someone out-there would have a had a go. Dont really want to install the iphone dock to be honest.

Hotlatte, how about connecting a double ended headphone cable between the aux socket in the car and the headphone socket on your phone? Want to do a DIY job on your car? Check out the definitive 'how to' thread in the technical section

For superior sound you could use one of these http://compare.ebay.co.uk/like/13059062180...amp;crdt=0 uses the iphone line out instead of headphone socket so much better than jack to jack.

There are also these http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Bluetooth-Stereo...0659372788 but haven't tried one myself. Can the phone connect by bluetooth to more than one device at a time? I don't know but am willing to bet somebody who does will be along soon. 2008 MY Java Black TDV8 HSE

Yes the ebay linked item will plug into the aux socket and your phone will connect to it and the bluetooth module to make and receive calls.
Volume will be lower than the radio or cd but this seems a trait of the aux socket.
