Hi I have them the right way as it did not even register the other way round . The box of the number goes orange of each number as you push the cartridge in and goes through the numbered slot then they all go black and it says NO DISC . |

i had this issue with my changer at first you will find they are really limited to what they play I put 6 different discs in before it played one. I have done some reading and a lot of people have this issue and they say using a dvd lense cleaning kit increases performance I cant vouch for this as I havnt got round to trying it yet.

I have the same issue... its a joke really.... I think the lens is problematic as my mate took my dvd player apart and it played dvds for all of 5 minutes then went back to saying 'no disc'! |

i agree its not very good at all my mrs bought me two new dvds to play in the range rover when I first bought it and none of them work yet I have a cheap old copy of 40 year old virgin and this plays no problem. I would really like to explore the option s of putting a different changer in or even a ps3 so I can play anything I want |

Yup, I also have the same issue. I had hoped to find a firmware upgrade answer by visiting this forum, but it does not look like one exists!! |

I am having the same problem. I have taken my DVD shuttle out and have sent the shuttle in for repairs. Repair shop said 9/10 times it just needs re-alignment or worst case a new Laser Head. I will keep you guys posted. |

My repair shop called me and told me its fixed. It was an alignment problem. But final tests need to be done with unit in vehicle. I'm holding thumbs. Going to see him tomorrow morning to do a trial test. |
