Guys have a knock on the back sound similar to A/R bush on front was wondering how hard are they to replace ie special tool like e front or just a good old spanner

I don't think it's as bad as doing the front ARB

You might find it's actually the bush's rubber packers and not the actual bushes... which I think can be slid in after loosening up the bolts. RRS gone
