Lookers Park R- 4 wheel alignment, customer receives what?

I have a Range Rover Sport diesel HSE V8. Until very recently, I have had my vehicle exclusively serviced / repaired by Lookers. I have paid for “4 wheel alignment” several times. Is it normal that a customer receives a print out of the “Before” & “After” of the 4 wheel alignment?

I'm sure you'd be given the printout if you asked.

I've had mine done twice - first time as part of a warranty repair, no printout. Second time I paid for it myself and received the printout. FF 4.4 V8 Soooo looking forward to this bad boy

I didn't even know that a customer was privy or eligible to a print out when a “4 wheel alignment” is undertaken. Surely it is Lookers responsibility to enlighten customers that the customer has the right to a print out when “4 wheel alignment” is undertaken?

Mate - you need to calm down and from the other thread take James' offer up and discuss direct - maybe offline.

I'm sure you are a perfectly reasonable guy but your postings are not doing you any favours in allowing others to form judgements about you.

I would say as the customer it's your responsibility to ask as many questions as you feel you need to before paying the bill. I've stood in queues at service desks after leaving my car in for the day and watched people pay huge bills without batting an eye or asking any questions. I once let curiosity get the better of me and asked a bloke didn't he want to know any more and got an answer along the lines that he only drove and paid for it - as long as it was fixed he didn't care. You may be surprised how many people have that attitude to cars. Those that ask questions are probably in a small minority but usually the dealers are happy to answer any questions and even get senior techs out when my replies and requests for more details go over their heads!

007NH - if you've not got in touch with James @ LPR to discuss your grievances, then I dont think you will curry much favour on here with your posts. I suggest you contact him and discuss ALL your problems, then, post back with how things are resolved. Assuming you are a reasonable person, I have no doubt James will rectify things and restore your faith in LPR. Thumbs Up ON THE WAY: BMW F21 M140i
