I didn't even know that a customer was privy or eligible to a print out when a “4 wheel alignment” is undertaken. Surely it is Lookers responsibility to enlighten customers that the customer has the right to a print out when “4 wheel alignment” is undertaken? |

007NH - if you've not got in touch with James @ LPR to discuss your grievances, then I dont think you will curry much favour on here with your posts. I suggest you contact him and discuss ALL your problems, then, post back with how things are resolved.
