Hey all, im thinking about putting on a set of 20" Stormer alloys, not going any bigger as ride quality will be rubbish and constantly dodging the potholes...... Ive got the standard 19's on just now and the ride is superb, have you noticed any sugnifficent changes when you changed your ????

I used to change between 19s and 20s, the 19s were worse but that was because of the tread not the size (Grabber MTR for off road) ============

I recently took delivery of my RRS (see sig) and it came standard with 20" wheels and I have no complaints with the ride at all ON THE WAY: BMW F21 M140i

V happy with my 20's.... goes round corners well... road noise negligible ...ride good 2014.5 SDV6 AB Dynamic ... Fuji /Santorini Pan roof and 22's

I prefer my 19s to my 20s. That's in terms of ride, looks and "kerbing" risk.

I went from 19's strait to 22's and comfort has barely changed. It goes round corners better to. |

Yeah!! I just don't get it when people say it destroys the ride when you run 22's. I really genuinely cant tell the difference. Only draw back is you yourself when parallel parking lol. |

My brand new 22's came a week last fri, with brand new tyres. Put em strait on, gave it a clean and went strait in to give the wife a lecture on how carefull she has to be when parking, how she now cannot!! At all, bump up kerbs and to be very carefull. After her calling me sad, she replied, i don't care, i just wont drive it anymore!! And she was happy with her little clio she uses for work. Gret i thought!!

Thanks guys, some real good comments there, for me its 20's all the way, think the 22's look too big, just my personel taste thou.

Well LR ship em with 20s so they must think that's appropriate for the motor Have i got the busted controller?!?!!?
