Air filter

Has anyone done anything with their air filter (tdv6). I've just looked on fleabay and there are a few claiming to be 'high flow' plus the usual k and n stuff. Is there much of advantage with this? Does high flow give your better performance/ mpg or is it literally not worth bothering? Range Rover Sport HSE DYnamic SDV6 Velocity blue 2020 MY

Paper standard ones are pretty good.

I have used K&N & Pipercross aftermarket filters on several vehicles. Dispite all the claims on free flowing/bhp increases, I think the only real advantage comes if you are keeping car long term and so the higher cost of initial purchase is weighted against 6 or 10 standard filters.

It's also easier to take out and give a knock/clean/re-oil between services just to ensure better airflow.
