brake pipes (to do them with LR Pipes) is a body off job......

oil leak coming from suspension can only really be a leaking shock absorber as the rest is air. Thumbs Up Bodsys Brake Bible

two post lift, 8 bolts and about 5 connectors & the fuel pipe . Mind you, some of the conectors need more bits off to get to them.

Body then lifts away from the Chassis.

There are other ways to do thepipework, but not LR approved. but your local Indi may well have a way to do them. Bodsys Brake Bible

If it's not a damper leaking and your car is fitted with the dynamic response system (look for a second hydraulic fluid reservoir under the bonnet on the opposite side of the radiator to the coolant and power steering reservoirs), it could be the rear anti roll bar actuator leaking - not that uncommon I gather.

Just had 5th year service with only 43k on the clock. Rear ark arm of anti roll bar leaking!!!!

Quote is best part of TWO THOUSAND QUID Big Cry

Service was bad enough @ £663.85 Thud

Talking to the bloke that brought the car back it sounds a common problem!!!!

Hoping LR might give a discount seeing as the car has so few miles (Holding my breath at the moment).  SDV8 vogue SE.

The ARB is about £860 and the LR quoted time to change is under 3 hours so £2k sounds well over the top.
