Appreciate that you may already have a battery charger but if you do not then you could do no worse than try a CTEK model. Not only will you benefit from not having to disconnect the battery but the type of charging it does will ensure your battery is recovered to the best possible state.

If you have twin towing electrics then wire your Ctek to a towing plug and plug it into the caravan live feed to charge battery

I planned to keep my RRS in the garage last winter but according to the handbook the battery must be disconnected and removed from the vehicle

I also have a CTEK charger and it is a great piece of kit. Most of the time it keeps my Porsche alive when stored in the winter months but the other month, the battery on my W124 E220 estate died. I jump started it fine but after a long drive, I switched it off and it would not come back on.
