Hybrid TV

My MY58 has factory fitted TV but recently i have not been able to recieve any channels and maybe this is due to the digital switch over, was the factory unit fitted at this time analogue only and if so how do i get the system to tune into the new digital broadcasts?

its called hybrid tv as its a combination of analogue and digital. the unit in my 2007 car works perfectly in cornwall (digital only) and around the country in areas with a mix of analogue and digital signals

Leeds, when you have selected the tuner are you pressing the 'auto' button in the tuning section? (terrible description - but you know what I mean)

This should then tune in for any available channel that can be detected and is the only way to tune in digital channels. At least this is how it works in my FFRR Thumbs Up

Leeds - I sometimes cannot get any channels on mine - If the signal is not so strong then the tuner does not seem to be able to get or hold onto a signal. The acid test is to see if you get the fault repeating in a known strong signal area.
