Car Update: I still havent got my car back and the garage have just called to say that they are still waiting on LR technical making a descion on how to move forward. So i will be without my car the whole bank holiday weekend and hopefully they will have an answer on Tuesday.

They are taking the mickey, I'm sure you'll be going in and kicking some butt with the DP. I hope you get sorted out soon either way with the car - it must be so infuriating.

I hope they've given you a decent loan car!

It does wind you up with issues like this, had a 16 day wait with the Jag due to an overfuelling issue they couldnt track down, all that can be done in reality is bear with them and keep calm, they wont want your car blocking a ramp as much as you dont like being without it. 08 2.7 RRS "S"

Day 9 :So Landrover ring me this morning my car is fixed software updated and re calibrated so all should be good and they are sure it wont fault again

However, I now have to go take back the courtesy car and swap into another courtesy car so it can go to have the paintwork rectified jeees it never ends. 

I bet LR won't be contacting you to fill in a customer satisfaction survey

So Guess what !.......

I broke down again tonight in Harrogate and two hours later shouting at LR cust services they finally agreed to recover my car. They did kindly ask if i wouldnt mind arranging to sleep in my car in harrogate or a hotel as they couldnt find a recovery truck free...... ARE THEY FOR REAL > ?

Any way after 3 and a half hours, they reached me. BLoody Electric failure again.
Vehicle Will Lean when cornering, emergency brake assist not active, dynamic failure, etc the list goes on. Like a xmas tree.
Ive had enough. And I mean it this time. Im thinking about going to head office and dumping it across the front reception doors. Here Have your ing car back!

Foxy, time to say goodbye to this car I think. I had 2 years of electrical issues with mine, everything else was mint but I'd had enough. Happily (for me at least) the FFRR I replaced it with (lots more car for the money with a nicer interior - I didn't want to drop so much money on a newer RRS) has been much more reliable although the alternator has packed in already. TDV8 is fantastic

For Sale RRS one carefull lady owner many faults from new Foxy, you do right, enough is enough

WELL If they dont I will be driving it to head office and dumping it. Im so arsed off with it . I am going to speak to my lawyer tomorrow.
I feel really sad actually at the moment, just as I was begining to fall in love with my car again.
