had big zepp for about 3 years love it and the customer service is amazing noticed the on light was flashing red so phoned b&w told them it was out of warranty but they sent me a packing case by courier with a returns label then recieved the zepp back in 3 days working perfect and they even gave me a new 2 year warranty for the unit getting a fault now that is looking after the customer
