Side mirror vibrating while driving, any ideas how to fix?

Hi there, have a small issue(I think) on the wife's '06 RRS. When driving the drivers side mirror vibrates like it is not tight. It's not the whole assembly but the actual glass mirror. So when I drive it, looking at it, it is shaking all the time, especially on the highway. Any ideas how i can tighten this thing? I'm hoping I can do it without having to take the whole mirror assembly out.

Thanks in advance.

Mine was doing the same thing, pull the glass off and see if any of the screws that hold motor mechanism are loose. I tightened mine and it's solid as a rock now.

good point, the mirror is simply clipped into a plastic holder Vadim A.
