Hi Vadim,

Did you get a chance to use the G220?
I seriously am considering buying but just wanted a view from a fellow newbie in this department Thumbs Up

Aziz

Hi Aziz,
Apologies for the late reply, I have been quite busy lately. Haven't washed the car for weeks now. I tried the machine this August. I used it for polishing, but not waxing. The results were good, but since I am not a pro, I am sure the results could have been much much better, but I was very happy with it. It is indeed very easy to use. The recommended polishing speed is 5, but it gets very loud and fast, so I was a bit scared and used 4 Laughing
Overall, it is a great purchase, and it is as easy to use as it says in the advert.

No worries, did you get any pics of before and after?
Thumbs Up

Some photos

As I said it was getting dark, and I actually forgot to take photos before I started. Bu the car is 1.5 years old and I take great care of it. There were only minor swirls

Looks top notch.
Which wax did you use after the polishing and if so how long did it take to do by hand?

Cheers

All together, it took me 2 days (around 8 hours each). Possibly more than 8 hours for second day. First day for cleaning inside/outside and claying.

The next day I washed it again. Polishing and waxing took the whole day. I used PoorBoy Black Hole Show Glaze. That stuff is easy to apply, I learned it from the youtube video by a person with a nickname Autogeek. It only takes 3-4 ways around each area to apply (to go with the polisher 3-4 times over the same area, say 30sq centimetres). But before PoorBoys, I also used Autoglym Cleanser on area.
Then I used Autoglym - high definition wax. That was done by hand. Waxing bit took most of the time. Say, I spent around 8-9 hours with the car, 4 hours with the polisher, and 5 hours waxing by hand. I applied wax and while it was drying out, I applied it to the next area. Then cleaned the previous area, applied more to the 3rd, cleaned the 2nd and so on. I managed to get only one layer. Vadim A.
