AZIZBBU I have never used one myself but it looks like it's relatively simple to use. I will be meeting NickM sometime in the near future to try it out and will let you know how it is... Hopefully, NickM knows something about these things , because I do not! [/quote]

Yes it is idiot proof but it is imperative to clay the car before doing any machine work or you will just make matters worse

I'd be interested in seeing the video. I've got a 220 v1 and always thought I'm probably not getting the best from it! WINNER - 2009 ‘Just Doing What It’s Designed To Do’ Award

I've got the V1 also, I think the new one is a bit of a gimmick to be honest, all the pro detailers just use a rotary anyway PM me your details and I'll post the vid to you, its a decent watch but the wife will laugh at you |

Hi npinks, Re polishing pads: I was thinking to get meguiars 2.0 foam cutting pad, Foam polishing pad and Foam finishing pad (all from clean your car website) Re polish: have not decided yet. Did not have much time to do the research and definitely open for suggestions. I look forward to watching the video as it seems that I still need to learn a lot about this business Also, for the first time I'll be doing the easiest to reach and work with areas due to the lack of experience and leave the difficult areas for the next time and finish those by hand... Thank you for your posts everyone. Vadim A. |
